Severin Films stands by the quality of our physical media and merchandise, allowing returns for defective or unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition items with opened shrink-wrap or damaged slipcovers are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original packaging or a sturdy mailer to ensure it is protected from further damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our warehouse address using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement for defective discs.
